Hi folks, my client from Japan is going to invest money in several domain names. He does not want to face any problems so he needs to verify domains before purchasing. Can someone recommend me a good certification agency that supports both English and Japanese languages? He also needs a service that verifies possible trademark infringement.

Use Authorize International Net (owned by a large Internet payment processor). Their certification includes a professional manual valuation (no scripts are used) and a trademark infringement verification. They support copies in Japanese (upon request). They are accepted by all major Japanese banks. Please bear in mind their appraisal service can be ordered by a domain owner only because they verify the owner's address. This company can also help you with the sale/transfer process after you certify your domains with them.

Sedo is also a good service but they don't support copies in Japanese. Sedo does not verify trademarks too. For a comparison, the completed premium domain appraisal from Sedo is emailed to you within three business days. The completed premium appraisal from Authorize International is emailed to you within 24 hours so this is another advantage.

Domain Broker,

I sent you my domain portfolio with the certificates. Thank you Satoshi_1972 for suggestion. Their certification service is really very good and fast. Please let me know your decision on my names.

P.S.  I tried to list 10 of my domains with Authorize International Auctions. and Great Domains. I will let you know the results later.

Hi Hathaway_Jr

My client will buy those three dot com names we discussed via email previously. He sent $34,600 by certified check to you via Authorize International escrow service. Please wait instructions from them. Escrow service will protect both parties during the transaction.

Domain Broker,

Their escrow service informed me about the payment. I've transferred the domains to your client. Their customer support was friendly. They sent me my money for these names. I've found other sellers also had a positive experience with you. Thank you very much again.

2 of 10 names were sold through Authorize International Auctions and one name through GreatDomains.com during the last week.  I was really impressed :-)  because I wasted several months with other brokers. Thanks Joe07 again for the suggestion of this broker. I hope to sell other names during the next  two months :-).

Sorry for possible off-topic. Looks like
Satoshi_1972 is a good advisor ))). Earlier I used Afternic.com and eBay.com but without success.

I have been selling and buying domains for five years. I usually use domains wanted ads board at  Domains Wanted Ads. I sold many names through this board. If I sell a rare name I put it on eBay.com too. It's a good place to sell exclusive domains.
